Court Reservation & Membership Platform
Overview
Rustic Padel is a real-time court booking platform designed to manage reservations, membership credits, pricing rules, and operational control across multiple courts. The platform supports customers, members, and administrators within a unified booking ecosystem. I led UI/UX design and contributed to structuring the booking and credit logic experience.
Designing for Real-Time Availability
Court booking is time-sensitive and high friction.
The system needed to support:
Real-time slot availability
Multiple court types
Membership credit deduction logic
Dynamic pricing
Checkout time limits
Administrative overrides
The challenge was translating scheduling logic into intuitive interaction patterns.

Calendar & time-slot visualisation
Court selection hierarchy
Multi-booking cart flow
Checkout with time-based lock
Booking history & status indicators
Clarity was achieved through predictable state feedback and structured time mapping.
Membership & Credit System
Rustic introduced credit-based membership tiers.
This required:
Visualising remaining credits
Expiry awareness
FIFO credit deduction logic
80% usage notification trigger
Manual admin override visibility
Component & Interaction System
To support scalability
Built reusable booking card components
Defined consistent slot states (Available / Selected / Booked / Blocked)
Standardized pricing indicators
Structured checkout summary layout
Designed admin dashboard for court management
All components were built with structured Auto Layout and reusable variants.
Product-Level Structuring
Beyond UI, I contributed to clarifying:
Booking window rules (members vs non-members)
Rescheduling limitations
Admin slot blocking behavior
Court lock mechanism during payment
Cross-surface booking reflection
This ensured operational reliability beyond visual design.
