Blaze CRM is a sales management platform designed to help businesses track leads, manage sales pipelines, and improve team collaboration.

Many small and mid-sized businesses rely on spreadsheets or fragmented tools to manage customer relationships. This often results in poor visibility of sales progress and inefficient workflows.

Blaze CRM was built to centralize these processes into a single platform that helps teams move from lead generation to deal closure more efficiently.

Problem

Before designing Blaze CRM, we identified several challenges faced by sales teams.

Lead Management Was Fragmented

Many teams track leads across multiple platforms such as spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages, and email threads. This makes it difficult to maintain a clear overview of sales activities.


Sales Pipelines Were Difficult to Visualize

Without a structured pipeline, teams struggle to understand:

  • which deals are progressing

  • which leads require follow-up

  • where opportunities are being lost


Manual Follow-ups Created Operational Overhead

Sales representatives often need to manually remember follow-up schedules, resulting in missed opportunities and inconsistent engagement with prospects.

The goal of Blaze CRM was to create a simplified CRM experience that helps teams focus on closing deals rather than managing administrative tasks.

Automated reminders help ensure that no important follow-up is missed.
