BINAR is an Indonesian lighting consultancy studio specialising in architectural, landscape, and interior lighting design. Founded in 2019 by two co-founders, the studio has grown to handle high-profile hospitality and residential projects across Bali, Yogyakarta, Jakarta, and beyond including Laguna Luxury Hotel & Resort, Harris Hotel, and Seven Palm Residence.
Design Story
The website design needed to match the studio's craft: dramatic, atmospheric, and light-forward. The approach was full-bleed night photography as the primary visual language — letting the actual lighting work do the talking. Dark backgrounds, restrained typography, and minimal UI chrome keep the focus entirely on the projects.
