A Bit About Me
My journey began in a different kind of design.
I didn’t start as a Project Manager.
I started as a designer.
Back then, I cared about pixels, spacing, typography, and how a button feels when you tap it. I believed good design could solve confusion. And I still do.
But over time, I realized something.
The real problems weren’t always in the UI.
They were in the system.
Why was the feature unclear?
Why was the scope changing?
Why were teams overwhelmed?
Why did clients feel misaligned?
That’s when my role evolved.
I moved from designing interfaces to designing clarity.
At Hyge, I gradually stepped into a bigger responsibility, not just shaping screens, but shaping direction. I led multi-product development across property-tech, sports-tech, CRM systems, healthcare platforms, and custom ERP solutions. I handled product scoping, sprint planning, cross-functional coordination, QA alignment, client communication, and delivery execution.
Not because it was assigned formally. But because the system needed it.
I became the bridge between design, engineering, and business.
I learned that:
A good product is not just beautiful, it is structured.
A good sprint is not just fast, it is predictable.
A good team is not just talented, it is aligned.
And leadership is not about control, it is about clarity.
Over time, my focus shifted from “How does this look?”
to “Why are we building this?”
to “How do we scale this?”
I care deeply about:
Clean systems
Clear documentation
Ownership culture
Transparent communication
And building products that actually make sense
Today, I position myself as a Product & Delivery Manager, someone who understands design thinking, speaks engineering language, and translates business needs into structured execution.
But beyond titles, I am someone who:
• Thinks in flows
• Documents obsessively
• Plans before acting
• Feels deeply
• And constantly asks, “How can this be better?”
My journey began with design.
Now, I design systems.
And I’m just getting started.
